Child Policy:

Infants (under 2 years): Complimentary (no separate seat on flights). Not Allowed at budget package

Children (2-11 years):70% of the adult package price if sharing a bed with parents. 90% of the adult package price if an extra bed is required.

Children (12 years and above): Full adult package price.

Booking and Payment Policy:

Deposit:

Minimum 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared 27 days prior to departure.

Payment Methods:
Bank transfer, online payment, or cash deposit. Payments are accepted in BDT/GBP/USD as per the prevailing exchange rate.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Charges:
30+ days before departure: 20% of the package cost will be retained. 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the package cost will be retained. Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days from the date of the cancellation request.

Non-Refundable Items:

Visa fees, optional tours, and any services already utilised are non-refundable.
